This meeting will be devoted to the scientific and human legacy of the great physicist Prof. Dr. Julius Wess (1934-2007), Chair of Mathematical Physics LMU and Director of MPI-Werner Heisenberg, Munich, who was one of the founders of the theory of Supersymmetry. In year 2003 he was one of the founders of SEENET-MTP Network and the first Coordinator of its Scientific-Advisory Committee. (more about Prof. Dr. Julius Wess)
The official program would consist of 4-5 lectures, and a few talks devoted to his human legacy.
A part of the meeting should take place on a cruise ship on the river Danube, a river that Julius loved a lot. It also stands for connecting many different European countries and symbolizes, through the Danube initiative, the hope for further integration of the region.
All confirmed lecturers are kindly asked to send extended abstracts as soon as possible.
